Dr. Fetni holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law in International Legal studies, and an LL.M. in General Law from Penn Law School as well as a Ph.D. in International Relations from Penn School of Arts and Sciences. As a member of the Sociology Department faculty, he has developed courses on topics such as law and social change, law in Africa, the sociology of the legal profession as well as US and human rights: policies and practices. He also teaches international law and the international law of human rights. He is an Assistant Dean in the College, School of Arts and Sciences and adjunct Faculty in the Sociology Department.
